Throwback Thursday

At some point around 2010 when I had WAY shorter hair and more free time, I used to do a lot of crazy selfies.

Drinking some bokehlicious tea out of my Winnie the Pooh mug which is still my favorite mug to sip from!

"All I want is the wind in my hair to face the fear but not feel scared."

Crazy thoughts!

I guess I was trying to experience how Gulliver had felt in Brobdingnag!

I always miss my childhood...

Music freak

Photoshop freak! Oh dear God, this one absolutely cracked me up when I saw it today! I'd completely forgotten about it! Me hanging from the "Image" tab is so hilarious! Mental! Ha ha!

I honestly have no idea why I'd made one of my cartoon characters seal my lips!

If you've seen a few posts on my blog, you know what SNOW LOVER of a person I am.

I was a huge SpongeBob SquarePants fan back then.

Looking back at these pictures, I feel so tempted to chop a good length of my hair off; yet it sounds so scary to even think about!

Danbo

I received my Danbo as a gift in summer 2011, and here are some (lots) of the pictures I'd taken of her back in 2011. (You'll scroll down forever! :D )

Danbo in love!

Little Red Riding Hood.

So sassy!

"School?! Uh-oh!"

"Here, take my heart!"

Fascinated by my then-invention magic bulb! Ha!

Photoshoot with her bestie.

Mirror / reflection obsession!

SNOOOOOOOWWWWW!

Looking up a word. Not sure what word it was, though.

Reading for her bestie! :)

Little snow angel! On another note, MORE SNOW!!!

Oopsies!

Salt Dough

Oh salt dough where have you been all my life? I stumbled upon some blog a while back, and that was where I met salt dough, fell in love and decided to make some to see where my imagination would take me. And that's the way these little figures were made!

The little chef and the ombre hearts are magnets for our fridge, and the rest are hanging from my butterfly mirrors in my room.

P.S. BarfDoone's mug in this picture is a salt dough creation too.

BarfDoone ✽

Meet my new doll, BarfDoone! I made her about 10 days ago, and she's my first ever flexible doll I've made. For the record, BarfDoone means "snowflake" in Persian. :)

My brother said her sparkly shoes look like Flint Lockwood's spray-on ones! Ha ha! I think he's right!

BarfDoone loves candy, just like myself.

She looks forward to her afternoon tea everyday.

She enjoys reading.

And she really loves her snuggly Teddy Bear! :)

BTW, do I need to mention how she is rocking that messy bun up there?

Have a lovely weekend, everyone!

Faces Everywhere | Part II☺

Mulberry sisters, singing nursery rhymes!

No easy business babysitting these two little messers! Poor greengage!

These guys are so organized and tidy! Everything is in alphabetical order in ordinally numbered shelves and drawers in the Thread household!

"Does it hurt so bad when they chop us up for the pizza, mommy?", said the baby mushroom.

Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter-Pencil.

They always make sure their little baby girl is completely SAFE!

Like father, like son.

Watching the sun together. Cuties!

Glit and glam and that sorta thing totally defines this couple.

My personal favorite, ice-cream love!
